Description :
Mother of Nature
Why I painted this.
The idea of “Mother of Nature” came from watching villagers tend their gardens at dawn. There was a tenderness in the way they touched the plants—like caring for something that breathes with them. It made me realize how culture and nature are never separate; they grow in each other’s shadows.
In this mural, I wanted to portray that gentle relationship. The woman holding flowers is a symbol of gratitude, balance, and the small acts of care that keep life moving. It’s not mythology, but everyday reverence—how ordinary people become guardians of the land without ever calling themselves protectors.
Painting it reminded me that nature isn’t just scenery. It’s a companion we grow beside.
